摘  要:莱钢炼钢厂老区通过改进工艺路线,采用“顶底复吹转炉-LF精炼-塞棒包浇注”工艺生产低合金Q345B冷轧用带钢。通过优化转炉顶底复吹模式,改进LF精炼铝脱氧、钙处理工艺,选择合理的CaO—Al2O3-SiO2目标渣系,优化连铸保护浇注工艺,降低了Q345B钢种磷、硫及氧含量,提高了钢水洁净度,降低了夹杂物级别,满足了用户质量要求。In the old area of the steelmaking plant in Laigang, through improving the process route, using " top and bottom combined blown converter -LF refining - stopper pouring" processes, low-alloy Q345B strip steel for cold rolling is produced. By optimizing the top and bottom combined blown mode, improving the aluminium-deoxidizing and calcium treatment processes in LF refining, chancing the reasonable CaO - Al2O3 - SiO2 target slag system and optimizing the protective casting process, the contents of phosphorus, sulfur and oxygen in Q345B steel are decreased, the steel cleanness is increased and the grade of inclusions is reduced, thus, the quality requirements of consumers are met well.
