大学生幸福教育工作新探

摘　　要：教育,作为培养人的一种社会现象和社会活动,在塑造文明的、健全的人方面起着至关重要的作用。当前我国大学生中存在的人生观、价值观等方面的诸多问题,使得幸福教育工作尤为重要,但幸福教育现状却并不容乐观。西方高校的实践教育方法、对话教育方法、关怀教育方法值得我们学习和借鉴,我国大学生幸福教育工作也必须要在融入生命教育理念和人文关怀精神的基础上,不断创新教育内容和形式,向着"人本"方向前进。Education as a social phenomenon and activity plays a vital role in shaping a perfect man. In China, there are many problems of the outlook on the life and values among the current college students. So the work of happiness education is particularly important. But the well-being is not optimistic. We can learn from the practice educational methods, dialogue and caring approaches to education of Western uni-versities. Our college students＇ happiness education must bring in life educational philosophy and spirit of humanistic care, then innovative contents and approaches, go forward to the direction of ＂the humanism＂ .
