摘　　要：抗战前十年是南京国民政府统治的十年建设期,也是抗战力量的积蓄期。这一时期,中国社会发生重大变化,尤其是"九一八"、"一二八"事件之后,国难日亟,民族主义情绪日益高涨,"体育民众化"思想得到广大体育界人士的青睐,进而实现全民的、大众的体育,以图强国自卫、复兴民族成为国人的基本认同。尽管"体育民众化"最终不过"黄粱一梦",但其在中国近代体育思想史上的作用是不容忽视的。Ten years before the first world war,Nanjing national government is in construction period.This period is also the war of resistance force savings period.Chinese society has also undergone a significant change.After the incident of ＂918＂ and ＂128＂,nationalism is rising.And the thinking of public sports was welcomed by sports circles.Therefore,realizing the self-improvement,revival national become people＇s basic identity.Although the thinking of public sports finally failed.Its role in the Chinese modern sports history cannot be neglected.
