摘　　要：西北铅锌冶炼厂新型109m^2焙烧炉是锌资源综合利用技改项目的大型、关键设备之一。生产工艺上的”七大创新”和Rockwell控制系统的实际应用为此项技改奠定了良好的基础，自动控制使新型焙烧炉操作、控制和调整及时准确，从而提高了焙砂质量，改善了生产环境，减轻了职工的劳动强度。The late-model 109m^2 roasting furnace of Northwest lead and Zinc Smelter is one of the large and key equipments of the technological innovation project for the comprehensive utilization of zinc resources. The ＂seven innovations＂ in the productive technology and the practical application of Rockwell control system have established a good foundation for the technical innovation project, the automatic control makes the operation, control and adjustment of the late-model roasting furnace timely and accurate, thus that enhances the quality of roasted product, improves the production enviromnent and alleviates the labor intensity of the staff and workers.
