摘　　要：作为一家新型的为航空发动机试验与测试提供技术服务的企业,德国AneCom航空发动机试验公司集科学试验工作和测试产品开发为一体,并按市场经济运作。简要介绍了该公司的管理方式、主要业务和试验设备,浅析了其运行模式,以期为我国航空发动机试验与测试单位的管理运作提供参考。The new management method, technical specialty, test equipments, and major services of Ane- Corn AeroTest Company are introduced here. The company is able to provide technical support to test and measurement of aero-engine. Also, it integrates the scientific test and measurement product development, which operates according to the market. The operation mode of company is analyzed for reference.
