商品化鸡传染性法氏囊病三价活疫苗对新城疫疫苗免疫效果影响的试验

摘　　要：试验用商品化鸡传染性法氏囊病三价活疫苗3倍、4倍和5倍剂量分别免疫10日龄法氏囊非免疫雏鸡,免疫后3d、7d、21d剖杀,观察法氏囊的变化;免疫后7 d接种ND疫苗,接种ND疫苗后14 d和21 d分别采血进行ND HI抗体的测定。结果显示,IBD三价活疫苗5倍免疫剂量可引起法氏囊不可逆损伤,并对ND的HI抗体产生干扰作用。Ten days chicken were divided into 3 groups, 15 in each one.those were oral immunizined with 3, 4 and 5 times immunizing dose of trivalent vaccine to infectious bursa disease, respectively. 3 - 7 and 21 clays after immunization, 4 from each group were dissected to observe the changes of bursa.Others in groups were inoculated with vaccine of Newcastle＇ s disease at the time of 7 days after immunication of oral trivalent vaccine of infectious bursa disease, blood samples were collected and detected the antibodies against New Castle＇ s disease using the method of HI （hemagglutin inhibition test） when 14 days and 21 clays of immunication of vaccine to New Castle＇ s disease.The result is that the damages of bursa were visible and the produce of antibodies against New Castle＇ s disease was interfered when immunized by 5 times of immunizing dose.
