摘　　要：医疗服务体系的建设和发展要以提高群众健康水平为目标,优化资源配置,提高运行效率,以相对小的卫生投入获得相对高的健康产出。公立医院改革通过加强内部管理、实行分工协作、强化制度建设等方式,不断提升从单个医院到医疗服务体系的运行效率,实现改革的健康目标。The development of medical delivery system is aimed at improving laealtn status. It is important to optimize resource allocation, enhance efficiency, and then gaining relatively high health output with relatively low medical input. In public hospital reform, improving inner management, enhancing cooperation between hospitals, strengthening system construction is taken to improve the efficiency of medical delivery system.
