摘　　要：文章目的是探讨如何解决沉船、沉物打捞的清除费用不能享受海事赔偿责任限制的问题,并结合目前我国解决强制打捞清除费用的途径,提出针对性建议措施。The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to solve the problem that the costs for salvage and removal of wrecks and objects is not subject to the limitation of compensation liability for maritime claims, and to provide some relevant suggestion under the existing mechalaism for solving the issue concerning costs for compulsory salvage or removal in China, with a view to solving the relevant issues.
