摘 要:为通过比较野生与栽培阿尔泰独尾草各部位蒽醌类物质的含量,探讨了栽培植株的利用价值以及其地上部分代替根入药的可能性,采用高效液相色谱法对野生与栽培阿尔泰独尾草不同器官中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚的含量进行测定。结果显示,4种蒽醌类物质在野生与栽培阿尔泰独尾草的不同器官中均有分布,野生阿尔泰独尾草个体各器官中蒽醌类物质含量(mg/g)顺序为:叶中上部>花>根>花序轴>叶基部,而栽培个体各器官中蒽醌类物质含量顺序则依次为:花>叶中上部>花序轴>根>叶基部。尽管单位质量的野生植株各器官中的蒽醌含量均高于栽培个体,但栽培植株各器官的生物量却显著高于野生植株,就各部位的蒽醌总含量而言,人工栽培的材料则更有优势。由此可知,若作为蒽醌类药材利用,人工栽培的阿尔泰独尾草较野生材料更有价值,阿尔泰独尾草的地上部分均可以作为根的替代品入药,建议在采集叶片时,只采集叶片的中上部。The comparison of the contents of anthraquinones between different parts of cultivated and wild Eremurus altaicus was made to discuss the value of cultivated Eremurus and the possibility of substituting the aerial parts for roots as medicine.A reversed-phase HPLC method was established for the determination of the contents of aloe-emodin,emodin,rhein and chrysophanol in different parts of cultivated and wild Eremurus altaicus.The results show that the four kinds of anthraquinones are distributed in different parts of the cultivated and wild Eremurus altaicus.The order of the anthraquinones contents in different organs of wild Eremurus altaicus is:the middle and upper part of leafflowerrootinflorescence axisthe lower part of leaf,while in the cultivated one,the order is:flowerthe middle and upper of leafinflorescence axisrootthe lower part of leaf.Although the contents of unit mass in different organs of the wild Eremurus altaicus were higher than that in the cultivated one,the biomass of different organs of cultivated Eremurus altaicus was significantly higher than that of wild one.Therefore,considering total contents of anthraquinones,cultivated Eremurus altaicus has the advantage over the wild one.The conclusion is that the cultivated Eremurus altaicus is more valuable than wild one as medicinal materials;all the aerial parts of Eremurus altaicus can be the substitutes for roots as medicine;the best collection part of Eremurus altaicus is the middle and upper part of leaf.
