摘 要:以石河子地区引种栽培的3个北高灌蓝莓品种为研究对象,分析其光合-光响应曲线特征,测定比较光合相关参数(净光合速率、蒸腾速率、细胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度)变化,测定叶绿素含量,观察叶表皮特征及气孔形态差异,揭示不同蓝莓品种间光合差异,为蓝莓适宜品种的筛选和确定提供理论支持。结果表明:1)3个蓝莓品种叶绿素含量有显著性差异;2)蓝莓叶表皮特征表现为具有表皮毛,气孔均为椭圆形,3个蓝莓品种在气孔大小及气孔分布数量上表现出一定差异,蓝莓06的气孔大小及分布数量最多;3)3个蓝莓品种的光合速率与光合有效辐射、气孔导度、蒸腾速率呈正相关,与胞间CO2浓度呈负相关;4)蓝莓的光饱和点(LSP)和光补偿点(LCP)的分别为7.41(μmol/m2)/s~15.88(μmol/m2)/s和1.26(μmol/m2)/s~2.15(μmol/m2)/s,北高灌蓝莓属于阴性植物且光合能力差异显著,蓝莓10号光合能力综合表现较强,对光环境的适应性表现良好,蓝莓06号在光合能力及光适应方面表现较弱。Three northern highbush blueberry varieties were uses as study object,which were introduced and cultivated in Shihezi.This research analyzed the photosynthesis characteristics of the photosynthetic light response curve,determined and compared the relevant parameters including net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) and stomatal conductance(Gs),determined the changes of chlorophyll content,and observed the characters of leaf epidermis and stomatal morphological differences.Results:1)Chlorophyll contents of the three blueberries were significantly different.2)The leaf epidermal characters:they have trichomes and oval stoma;stomatal size and distribution quantity showed difference in the three varieties,with NO.06 blueberry the largest in them.3)The photosynthetic rate were positively correlated with active photosynthetic radiation,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate,negatively correlated with intercellular CO2 concentration.4)Light saturation point(LSP) and light compensation point(LCP) range were 7.41(μmol/m2)/s~ 15.88(μmol/m2)/sand 1.26(μmol/m2)/s~ 2.15(μmol/m2)/s,respectively.As negative plants,the northern highbush blueberries are markedly different in photosynthetic capacity.Comprehensive photosynthetic performance of the No.10 blueberry was strong,with good adaptability to light environment,while No.06 blueberry was weak,without good adaptability to light environment.
