摘　　要：论述了广泛应用于现代挖掘机上的Ｋ３Ｖ型轴向变量柱塞泵的结构及控制原理，分析了常见故障的原因，给出了常见故障的排除方法及易损件的维修标准。This paper deals with the structure of K3V plunger pump which is often used in the excavator, analyzes its control principle and process, and offers its maintenance standards. The paper has some reference value for the use and maintenance of congener hydraulic pumps used in the construction machines.
