平片无张力疝修补术治疗老年人脐疝26例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨平片无张力疝修补术在治疗老年人脐疝中的实际应用价值。方法 2007年1月至2011年1月应用平片无张力疝修补术治疗老年人脐疝26例。观察手术时间、切口疼痛、术后肠道功能的恢复、住院时间、并发症及复发率。结果手术全部获得成功,平均手术时间71min,其中有2例术后出现皮下积液,随访10～60个月未见复发。结论平片无张力疝修补术是治疗老年人脐疝的比较好的手术方式,具有操作安全、疼痛轻、患者术后恢复快、近期疗效比较满意和术后复发率低等优点。Objective To discuss the value of tension-free hernia repair for umbilical hernia in aged populations. Methods From Jan 2007 to Jan 2011, Twenty-six aged patients with umbilical hernia were treated with tension-free hernia repair. The operation time, postoperative wound pain, recovery time for bowel function, hospital stay, complications and recurrence rate were studied. Results All cases were operated successfully. The mean operation time was 71 minutes. The only postoperative complications included 2 cases of subcutaneous effusion. The follow-up period ranged from 10 to 60 months and no recurrence was observed. Conclusions Tension-free hernia repair owns lots of strengths including rapid recovery, early therapeutic effect and lower recurrence rate.
