摘 要:以45个家系甘蔗实生苗为材料,对6个影响甘蔗产业经济效益最大的主要性状蔗茎产量、甘蔗蔗糖分、甘蔗纤维分、有效茎、茎径和株高进行方差、遗传力、育种值和遗传值分析。结果表明:6个性状除母本的株高差异不显著外,其它性状在父本、母本及家系间差异均达显著或极显著;各性状的广义遗传力均大于50%,其中,甘蔗蔗糖分的广义遗传力为90.21%,表明这6个性状的广义遗传力较高,适合有性世代选择,可提高选择强度。29个母本中CP65-357、桂糖96-44、HoCP93-746、CP 84-1198、湛蔗74-141、福农91-4710、ROC22七个母本蔗茎产量和甘蔗蔗糖分的育种值皆较高,可作为高产高糖母本。26个父本中CP84-1198、粤糖89-240、ROC22、云瑞99-601、福农91-4621等蔗茎产量的育种值高。45个家系中,福农91-4710×粤糖89-240、HoCP93-746×ROC22、CP84-1198×ROC22、HoCP93-746×湛蔗74-141、HoCP93-746×福农91-4621、ROC11×桂糖91-116等家系蔗茎产量和甘蔗蔗糖分遗传值皆较高,可作为选育甘蔗新品种重点家系。Sugarcane seedlings from 45 families were used as testing materials in this study,the variances, genetic abilities,breeding values (or genetic values) were analyzed for the 6 important quantitative characters which influenced the industry economic benefit,i.e, cane yield, stalk number,diameter,plant height,and sugar and fiber contents in cane. The results showed that except the difference of height between females was not significant,the other differences of characters between males ,females and families were significant or very significant. The broad-sense heritability of 6 characters were all higher than 50%, that of sucrose content in cane was 90.21%. The high broad-sense heritability indicated that these characters were suitable for selection in sexual generation in sugarcane,and it was necessary to enhance the selection intensity. Breeding values of sucrose content in cane and cane yield were high for CP65-357,Guitang96-44,HoCP93-746,CP84-1198, Zhanzhe74-141 ,Funong91-4710 and ROC22 in the 29 female parents. Breeding values of cane yield were high for CP84-1198,Yuetang89-240,ROC22,Yunrui99-601 and Funong91-4621 in the 26 male parents. The family genetic values of sucrose content in cane and cane yield were high for Funong91-4710 xYuetang89-240, HoCP93-746 xROC22, CP84-1198 xROC22, HoCP93-746 xZhanzhe74-141, HoCP93-746 xFunong91-4621 and ROCll xGuitang91-116 in 45 families. They could be considered as the most important families for variety breeding.
