摘 要:由高圆簧和橡胶弹簧串联组成的机车车辆悬挂系统为超静定结构 ,将弹性杆理论应用于由不同材料特性组成的弹性杆超静定系统 ,首次导出了由高圆簧两端串联结构几何参数和特性参数相同的橡胶弹簧组成的机车车辆悬挂系统的横向刚度关系式。理论分析表明 ,复合弹簧系统的横向刚度仅取决于弹簧本身的结构几何参数、材料特性参数和承受的垂向载荷大小 ,与复合弹簧系统是否承受横向载荷和是否产生横向变形无关。理论分析结果与试验结果相吻合 ,具有较高的计算精度 。The locomotive and rolling stock suspension system formed by the high and round spring in series with rubber springs is an indeterminate structure.For the first time the lateral rigidity correlation formula of the locomotive and rolling stock suspension system formed by the high and round spring in series with rubber springs of the same structural geometry and characteristic parameters at its two ends was derived through elastic rod theory applied to this elastic rod indeterminate system with different material characteristics.Theoretical analysis showed that the lateral rigidity of compound spring system only depended on the structural geometry parameters,material characteristic parameters and the magnitude of vertical load of springs and had nothing to do with whether this compound spring system bore lateral load and produced lateral deformation.It also conformed to the experiment results,had higher calculation accuracy and satisfied the design needs.
