非索非那定片联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗不明原因的慢性荨麻疹临床研究

摘　　要：目的：评价非索非那定片联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗不明原因的慢性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性。方法：将符合不明原因慢性荨麻疹条件的门诊患者86例随机分为对照组（43例）与观察组（43例），进行12w的疗程，观察组采用非索非那定片联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗，而对照组仅口服非索非那定片治疗。结果：观察组的总有效率97．67％，对照组的总有效率为83．72％，P〈0．05，统计学比较有显著差异。对照组共有5侧忠者发生不良反应，不良反应发生率为11.63％；观察组共有4例患者发生不良反应，不良反应发生率为9．30％，P〉0．05，两组间比较无统计学意义。结论：非索非那定片联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗不明原因的慢性荨麻疹疗效确切、不良反应少而且轻微，患者均能耐受，值得临床推广应用。Objective：To evaluate the combined fexofenadine tablets BCG nucleic acid injection in the treatment of chronic urticaria of unknown efficacy and safety. Methods：Meet the conditions of unexplained chronic urticaria clinic 86 patients were randomly divided into control group （43 cases） and the observation group （43 cases）, the 12w of treatment, observation group were treated with fexofenadine tablets combined BCG PSN injection, while the control group, only oral fexofenadine tablets in the treatment. Result：The total effective rate of 97.67% in the control group, the total ef- fective rate was 83.72 %, P 〈0.05, statistically significant differences compared. Control group, five patients developed adverse reactions, adverse reaction rate was 11.63% ; observation group four patients developed adverse reactions, adverse reaction rate was 9.30%, P〉 0.05, no statistical significance between the two groups. Conclusion：Fexofenadine tablets combined BCG nucleic acid injection in the treatment of chronic urticaria and rash of unexplained exact treatment, adverse reactions and mild, the patient can tolerate, is worthy of clinical application.
