摘 要:目的:探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hs—CRP)与白介素-6(IL-6)在新生儿败血症早期联合检测的临床意义。方法:选择60例败血症急性期新生儿、56例败血症恢复期新生儿为研究对象,同时选择40例健康新生儿为对照组。检测三组hs—CRP和IL-6的水平及二者联合检测对诊断新生儿败血症早期的临床价值。结果:败血症急性期新生儿血清hs—CRP和IL-6的水平显著高于败血症恢复期新生儿及对照组(P〈O.05);hs—CRP和IL-6二者联合检测的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值妁优于单项检测。结论:hs—CRP和IL-6诊断新生儿败血症快速有效,二者联合检测可显著提高检出率。Objective: To explore the clinical significance of combined detection of high sensitive c--reactive protein (hs--CRP) and Interleukin-- 6 (IL--6) in early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis. Methods:Selected 60 cases of septic acute stage and 52 patients of septic restoration stage as research subjects. 40 healthy children were considered as control group. Serum hs--CRP and IL--6 level were compared among three groups and the evaluation of combined detection for early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis was explored. Result:Serum hs--CRP and IL--6 level in septic acute stage patients were much higher than that in septic restoration stage cases and control group (P〈0.05) ; The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and nega- tive predictive value of hs--CRP and IL--6 combined detection were superior to than that of IL--6 or hs--CRP separately. Conclusion: Hs--CRP and IL--6 can be rapid diagnostic indexes for early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis. Combined detection of two markers can greatly increase detection rate.
