摘　　要：目的：探讨国内居民细胞色素P4502E1基因多态性与胃癌易感性的关系。方法：检索并选取公开发表的关于CYP2E1基因多态性与胃癌关系的病例对照研究文献。利用Revman4．2软件对国内公开发表的文献进行荟萃分析。结果：共有9项研究符合纳入标准，其中胃癌病例793例，对照组988例。茎萃分析结果合并OR=0．64，95％可信区间为0．45—0．91。结论：CYP2E1突变基因型（c1／c2或c2／c2）是胃癌的保护性因素，但这一结果有待进一步严格设计的大样本病例对照或前瞻性研究予以验证。Objective：To study the relationship between Cytochrome P4502E/ genetic polymorphism and gastric cancer by means of Meta--analy- sis. Methods：Search and select the published case--control studies literature about relationship between CYP2E1 genetic polymorphism and gastric cancer. Those studies were analyzed by Revman 4.2 software. Result：9 researches accorded with the including criteria, a total of 793 gastric cancer cases and 988 controls were included. The pooled odds ratio of CYP2E1 genotype cl/c2q-c2/e2 vs el/el was 0.64（95~CI 0. 45--0. 91）. Conclusion：CYP2E1 genotype （el/c2 or c2/c2） are protective factors of gastric cancer, but this result needs to be further rigorously designed large prospec- tive studies or ease--control sample to be verified.
