摘　　要：目的：探讨急性左心衰竭的抢救与护理方法。方法：对22例急性左心衰竭患者应用综合护理措施，观察其临床效果。结果：20例患者的症状逐渐缓解，2例死亡。结论：急性左心衰竭发病突然，预后困难，症状复杂，对患者危害极大，因此在抢救中必须做到平、快、准确的判断病情和用药，提高抢救效果，从而减轻患者的痛苦。Objective：To explore the effective rescue and nursing mothods of the acute left--sided heart failure. Methods：Omprehensire nursing measures were applied to 22 patients with acute heart failure and the clinical effect was observed. Resulh Aftcrour care and rescue,the symptoms of 20 patients significantly improved, 2patients died. Conclusion：Acute left--sided heart failure hasthe feuture of studdenl yill,difficult prognosis,complex- cymptoms and makes greath arm topatients. There for in the rescue we must be early; fast;accurate, try to reduce the waste of time and guarantee the accurate judgment and drug,to make the rescue effect as soon as possible and reduce the pain of parients.
