摘  要:目的:观察32名青年学生的颈椎生理曲度、颈椎全长及枕颈背曲度等数据,为量身组合枕设计提供依据。方法:拍摄32例20岁左右青年学生志愿者的颈椎中立位片,运用软件以Borden氏法测C值,从枕骨隆凸至C7棘突测量颈椎全长。并以枕背充分靠墙,三角直尺测量枕颈背曲度和颈部宽度。结果:C值最大值为20.87mm,最小值为7.87mm,平均14.41±3.50mm。枕骨隆凸至C7棘突:最大值15.63cm,最小值11.56cm,平均13.53±1.16cm。枕颈背曲度最大值6.6cm,最小值3cm,平均4.14±0.87cm。颈部宽度平均10.1±1.1cm。结论:颈椎生理曲度等数据的测量,为量身组合枕设计和改进提供了重要参考依据。Objective:To observe the cervical lordosis, the total length of seven cervical vertebras and the curvature of pulvinar--nape for the evidence of cervical lordosis adaptive pillow designation. Methods: 32 young volunteers about 20 years old were shot Digital Radiography (DR) with neutral position. Then, Borden's C scales, and the total length of the seven cervical vertebras which from internal occipital protuberance to C7 spinous process, were measured from DR image by software. The curvature of pulvinar--nape was measured by triangle--straight--edge while pulvinar and .back leaning the wall fully. Result: scales in these volunteers were 20.87 mm in maximum, 7.87mm in minimum, and 14.41 ±3.50mm in aver- age. The total length of the seven cervical vertebras were 15.63 cm in maximum, 11.56cm in minimum, and 13. 53±1.16cm in average. The curvature of pulvinar--nape were 6.6 cm in maximum, 3.0 cm in minimum, and 4. 14±0. 87cm in average. Conclusion:The data above is an important reference for the designation of the cervical lordosis adaptive pillow.
