摘　　要：目的：对鼻窭内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合改良术进行临床应用研究，以期找到一种更好的治疗慢性泪囊炎的方法并进行推广。方法：本研究共选取88例慢性泪囊炎病例（88眼），根据入院先后顺序随机分为两组进行相关治疗及随访。结果：观察组痊愈率为96．67％，对照组总痊愈率为98．3％，两组痊愈率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论；鼻外径路鼻腔泪囊吻合术与鼻窦内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合改良术均是治疗慢性泪囊炎的有效方法。Objective：To endoscope of accessory nasal cavity lacrimal sac anastomosis improved technique for clinical application research, in order to find a better treatment method of chronic dacryocystitis and promotion. Methods：This paper is composed of selected 88 cases of chronic dacryocystitis cases （88 eyes）, according to the admission order randomly divided into two groups related treatment and follow--up. Result：The observation group cure rate for 96. 67%, the comparison group total cure rate is 98.3%, two groups of cure rate comparison, the difference was statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Nasal outside diameter road nasal lacrimal sac anastomosis with endoscope of accessory nasal cavity lacrimal sac anastomosis improved technique are the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis effective method.
