益气活血汤联合化疗治疗大肠癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：讨论益气活血汤联合化疔，治疗大肠癌的疗效现察。方法：自2009年4月至2012年4月，选择我院36例大肠癌患者，并随机分为两组，每组各18例，治疗组18例采用益气活血汤配合化疗，对照组18例采用单纯化疗。经过6个月的治疗，并坚持2年的随访，对比两组的临床效果。结果：全身症状比较，治疗组总有效率为61．1％；对照组总有效率为38．9％；治疗组的生存质量为72．2％，对照组的生存质量为44．4％；治疗组癌症控制情况总有效率为66．7％，对照组为33．3％；治疗组不良反应率为38．9％，对照组为61．1％；随访2年内癌症复发和转移几率治疗组为27．8％，对照组为66．7％，各项数据P〈0．05，有统计学意义。结论：益气活血汤配合化疗治疗大肠癌，对提高大肠癌患者的生存质量，延长存活时间有很好的疗效，建议临床应用。Objective：To discuss the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined with furuncle, treatment of coloreetal cancer curative effect observation. Methods：From 2009 April to 2012 April, 36 patients in our hospital in patients with coloreetal cancer, and randomly divided into two groups, 18 cases in each group, 18 eases in the treatment group were treated by Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined with chemotherapy, 18 cases in the control group treated by chemotherapy. After 6 months of treatment, and adhere to the 2 years of follow--up, the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Rcsult：Compared with systemic symptoms, treatment group total effective rate was 61.1% ; the control group total effective rate was 38.9% ; the quality of life for the 72.2% treatment group, control group 44.4% quality of life for cancer control; the treatment group total effective rate was 66.7%, 33.3% in control group; adverse reaction rate was 38.9% in treatment group, control group 61.1%; follow--up within 2 years of cancer recurrence and metastasis rate was 27.8 % in treatment group, control group 66.7 %, the data of P 〈 0.05, there was statistical significance. Conclusion： The effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of colorectal cancer, to improve the survival of patients with colorectal cancer quality, prolong survival time and have a good effect, is recommended for clinical application.
