CysC和RBP联合测定在肺癌化疗患者早期肾损伤监测中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的：研究探讨血清半胱胺酸蛋白酶抑制剂C（CystainC，CysC）和RBP（视黄醇结合蛋白）联合测定在肿瘤化疗患者早期的肾损伤患者中的作用。为临床治疗提供有价值的参考依据。方法：观察研究我院在2010—2011年间收治的25倒肿瘤化疗患者作为买验组，详细检测BuNCyscCrerRBP四个指标，观察组40例尿蛋白检测为阴性，并且没有肾病史的健康人作为志愿者组成观察组，然后对两组进行统计学分析。结果：检测BUN的浓度，实验组为（4．45±1．38）mmol／L，对照组为（3．3±1．11）mmol／L，Ctea浓度对照组为（69．21±20．67）μmol／L，试验组为（80．32±26．31）μmol／L；CysC浓度对照组为（0．83±0．12）mg／L，试验组为（1．72±0．50）mg／L；RBP浓度对照组为（48．23±14．12）mg／L，试验组为（82．60±14．10）mg／L。结论：CysC和RBP联合检测血清对检测肿瘤化疗患者早期肾损伤在临床上具有很高的推广价值。Objective： To study in serum and a half amino acid protease inhibitors C （CystainC, CysC） and RBP （retinol combined with protein） in patients with cancer chemotherapy combined determination early renal injury patients in the role. For clinical treatment provide valuable reference. Methods：The study in our hospital between 2010 and 2011 the 25 patients treated patients with cancer chemotherapy for the test group, detailed tes- ting BUN Cysc Crer RBP four indicators, observation research 40 patients with urinary protein detection for negative, and no history of kidney dis- ease healthy volunteers composed as the observation group, and then the two groups statistical analysis. Result： To test the concentration of the BUN, the experimental group for （4.45±1.38mmol/L）, compared with （3.3±1.11mmol/L） ,Crea concentration for control group （69.21±20.67 mol/L）, patients for （80.32±26. 3111 mol/L） ; CysC concentration for control group （0.83±0. 12mg/L）, patients for （1.72±0.50mg/L） ; RBP concentration for control group （48.23±14.12mg/L）, patients for（82.60± 14.10rag/L）. Conclusion： CysC and joint test to detect RBP serum early renal damage cancer chemotherapy in patients with clinically high application value.
