摘　　要：目的：探讨子宫肌瘤手术患者的心理护理。方法：选取在2008年07月－2012年06月间到我院诊治的412例子宫肌瘤患者，分为观察组253例，对照组159例，对照组行常规护理，观察组在此基础上加用舒适型心理护理。结果：观察组护理满意度及临床有效率显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对于子宫肌瘤手术的患者，对其采取舒适型的心理护理效果较为显著，值得在临床上推广应用。Objeetive： To investigate the psychological nursing of patients with uterine myoma operation. Methods： In 2008 July --2012 June in my hospital for treatment of 412 eases of patients with uterine myoma, divided into the observation group 253 cases, 159 cases of the control group, the control group received routine nursing care, observation group based on the combined with comfortable nursing. Result：The observation group of patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care and clinical effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion, For uterine fibroids operation patients, to take a comfortable nursing effect is more remarkable, worthy of clinical application.
