咳喘落对哮喘患者嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白的影响

摘　　要：观察中药咳喘落对哮喘患者外周血白细胞介素 5(IL 5)、嗜酸性粒细胞 (EOS)及其脱颗粒产物嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白 (ECP)等影响 ,探讨咳喘落治疗哮喘抑制气道变应性炎症的作用环节。 92例轻中度发作期哮喘患者随机分为咳喘落治疗组和氨茶碱加酮替酚对照组 ,经咳喘落治疗 4　周后哮喘患者外周血EOS绝对值计数、ECP和IL 5含量均显著下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,肺功能指标FEV1 0 、V50 、V2 5值显著增加 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,其中ECP和IL 5下降幅度大于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,V50 、V2 5值改善优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,提示咳喘落通过调节IL 5的水平。The influence of Chinese medicine,“Kechuanluo”,on interleukin 5(IL 5),esoinophils(EOS)and its degranulated product,cationic protein of eosinophil(ECP),in the peripheral blood of patient with asthma was observed to investigate the action mechanism of “Kechuanluo” in inhibiting the variant inflammation of trechea.Ninety two cases with mild and moderate asthma were randomly classified into treatment group,treatd by“Kechuanluo”,and control group,treated by aminophylline and ketotifen.After 4 week treatment,in the treatment group,the absolute count of EOS,ECP and IL 5 dropped obviously?(P<0.01);the indexes of lung function FEV 1 0 ,V 50 ?and V 25 ?increased remarkably(P<0.01);moreover,ECP and IL 5 dropped more significantly in treatment group than in control group(P<0.01),and V 50 and V 25 improved more obviously in treatment group than in control group(P<0.01).The results implied that“Kechuanluo”exerted its action of inhibiting the variant inflammation of trechea by regulating the level of IL 5,and supressing the recruitment of EOS and the release of its poisonous protein granule in trachea.
