加味补阳还五汤治疗慢性肾功能不全临床观察

摘　　要：为观察加味补阳还五汤对慢性肾功能不全肾功能、血粘度、血脂及临床症状改善的疗效 ,将 6 0例慢性肾功能不全随机分为治疗组 30例 ,西药“开同”治疗对照组 30例 ,疗程均为 2个月。结果 :治疗组总有效率 83.3% ,显著高于对照组的 56 .7% (P <0 .0 5)。治疗组在改善肾功能及降脂抗凝方面优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5)为观察加味补阳还五汤对慢性肾功能不全肾功能、血粘度、血脂及临床症状改善的疗效 ,将 60例慢性肾功能不全随机分为治疗组 3 0例 ,西药“开同”治疗对照组 3 0例 ,疗程均为 2个月。结果 :治疗组总有效率 83 .3 % ,显著高于对照组的 56.7% (P <0 .0 5)。治疗组在改善肾功能及降脂抗凝方面优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5)。HT6SS] To observe the effect of “Ingredient Added Yang Invigorating and One Side Restoring Decoction” on kidney function,blood viscosity,blood lipid and clinical manifestations in patients with chronic renal insufficiency,sixty cases were randomly classified into treatment group(n=30)treated with the decoction and control group(n=30)treated with western medicine.The treatment was given for 2 months.Results showed that the total effective rate was 83.3% in treatment group,obviously higher than 56.7% in control group( P <0 05);the effect of improving kidney function,reducing lipid and anticoagulation was better in treatment group than in control group.
