益气滋肾冲剂对IgA肾病小鼠蛋白尿及肾功能的影响  

Influence of “Qi Enriching and Kidney Nourishing Granule”on Proteinuria and Renal Function of IgA Nephrosis in Mice

摘　　要：益气滋肾冲剂 (由生黄芪、生地黄、太子参、旱莲草、当归、白芍、银花、芡实等组成 )对IgA肾病有较好疗效。为进一步探讨其作用机理 ,采用牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)致IgA肾病小鼠模型 ,观察其高 ( 0 3 0ml/ 1 0g体重 )、低( 0 1 5ml/ 1 0g体重 )剂量对模型小鼠蛋白尿、肾功能及血脂的影响 ,并与肾炎四味片作对照。结果显示高剂量的益气滋肾冲剂能明显减少蛋白尿 ,对预防低白蛋白血症和高脂血症及肾小球硬化有一定功效 ,具有保护肾功能的良好作用 。Qi Enriching and Kidney Nourishing Granule”(consisting of fresh astragalus,dried rehmannia root,pseudostellaria root,eclipta,Chinese angelica root,White peony root,honeysuckle flower and gordon euryale seed)had better effect on IgA Nephrosis.In order to investigate its mechanism,the granule was used to treat IgA nephrosis in mice modeled by bovine serum albumin(BSA);the influences of larger dosage(0 30 ml/10g weight)and smaller dosage(0 15ml/10g weight)of the Granule on proteinuria,renal function and blood lipid were respectively observed;and “Four Ingredient Pill for Nephritis”was used as control.Results showed that larger dose of“Qi Enriching and Kidney Nourishing Granule”had certain effects to reduce the proteinuria,prevent serum hypoproteinemia,hyperlipemia and glomerular sclerosis and protect renal function,with better effects than“Four Ingredient Pill for Nephritis”.
