浅谈既有房屋（底层框架抗震墙砖房）的抗震能力检测

摘　　要：对既有房屋（底层框架抗震墙砖房）的抗震能力进行现场检测，评价，并对不满足处提出加固建议，提高底部框架抗震墙砖房的抗震能力和良好的抗震性能。本文针对既有房屋（底层框架抗震墙砖房）抗震能力检测的基本要求进行了论述。pick for existing buildings （ brick masonry building with frame ） seismic capacity for spot detection, evaluation, and put forward suggestions to meet the reinforcement, increase of brick masonry building with bottom frame aseismic ability and good seismic performance. Aiming at the existing houses （ brick masonry building with frame aseismic ability ） the basic requirement of measuring are discussed.
