摘  要:目的 探讨强力宁对家兔肾缺血再灌注损伤保护作用。方法  16只家兔肾动脉钳夹 60min后开放制成的缺血性急性肾衰模型并随机分成两组 ,A组 :为对照组 ,于缺血前 10min及再灌注时分别静注生理盐水 7ml和 13ml;B组 :为治疗组 ,于缺血前 10min及再灌注时分别静注含强力宁生理盐水 7ml和 13ml(强力宁按 2 0mg/kg用生理盐水稀释至 2 0ml)。结果 B组再灌注 60min时血清丙二醛 (MDA)及再灌注 2 4h时血清肌酐 (Scr)、尿素氮 (BUN)均明显低于A组。结论 强力宁可能通过抗自由基及脂质过氧化作用 ,对缺血再灌注损伤的兔肾脏具有明显的保护作用。Objective To investigate the effect of glycyrrhisin on renal ischemia/reperfusion injury in rabbits.Methods Sixteen rabbits model of ischemic acute renal failure (IARF), established by clamping the renal arteries for 60 minutes before reperfusion of blood, were divided into two groups. In group A ( n =8), 7 ml and 13 ml saline solution were administered intravenously before ischemia and at reperfusion respectively. In group B ( n =8), 7 ml and 13 ml glycyrrhisin saline solution were administered intravenously before ischemia and at reperfusion respectively. Results Serum of MDA level at 60 minutes after reperfusion and serum Scr and BUN level at 24 hours after reperfusion in group B were significantly lower than those of group A. Conclusion Glycyrrhisin exertes obvious protective effects on renal injury induced by ischemia/reperfuion.
