摘 要:目的 :观察氨溴索对哮喘豚鼠肺表面活性物质系统 (pulm onary surfactant system,PSS)超微结构的影响。 方法 :16只豚鼠分 4组 ,即正常组、致敏组、哮喘组、哮喘 +氨溴索组 ,采用电子显微镜组织化学法观察各组 PSS超微结构的变化。 结果 :电镜下超微结构显示 :(1)哮喘组 PSS层丧失正常的连续结构 ,出现断裂、脱落入肺泡腔或聚集成块现象 ,肺泡 型上皮细胞内板层体空泡化。 (2 )哮喘 +氨溴索组 PSS层基本连续 ,肺泡 型上皮细胞内板层体少量空泡化。 (3)致敏组 PSS超微结构与哮喘 +氨溴索组相似。 结论 :PSS超微结构于哮喘后出现明显异常。应用氨溴索可减轻哮喘后 PSS超微结构的异常变化。Objective: To explore the effects of ambroxol on pulmonary surfactant system(PSS) ultrastructure of asthma guinea pigs. Methods: Sixteen guinea pigs were divided into 4 groups: normal group,sensitized group,asthma group and asthma plus ambroxal treated group. We adopted electron microscope histochemistry method to observe the ultrastructure of PSS. Results: (1)The pulmonary surfactant layer lost its normal structure; congregated into pieces in the alveolar cavity and the lamellar bodies in type Ⅱ pneumonocytes were vacuolized in asthma group. (2) The pulmonary surfactant layer was continuous and the lamellar bodies in type Ⅱ pneumonocytes was slightly vacuolized in the asthma plus ambroxol treated group. (3) The ultrastructure of the sensitized group was similar to that of the asthma plus ambroxol treated group. Conclusion: The ultrastructure of PSS is obviously abnormal in asthma group. Ambroxol administration can reduce the ultrastructure change in PSS after asthma attack.
