摘　　要：系统采用固定摄像机对CRH列车进站时的侧面进行图像采集,从图像上提取车牌信息并定位,根据图像分析算法拆分字符。使用OCR对提取出的字符图像进行识别,通过CRH列车车牌的命名规则,总结出一套可以用来自动进行字符识别结果校准的逻辑流程,从而达到精确识别的目的。Based on the fixed digital camera, we capture the side image of CRH train when it arrives the station platform. License plate is extracted and positioned. Based on the OCR algorithm, we recognize the character including letter and number. Following the CRH train naming rule, we summarize a logic process to process automatic recognition, the accuracy is acceptable for the real train department to control and manage the CRH train.
