摘　　要：F-P LD的全光锁模能够在高频上引发光脉冲序列,其方法是基于二个纵模的相互注入同步,和邻近纵模的连续注入同步。调查研究特性发现用SELFOC透镜作为外腔其重复性得到改善。The all optical mode locking of F-PLD enable us to generate optical pulse trains at high frequencies.The method is based on the mutual injection locking of two longitudinal modes and successive injection locking of adjacent longitudinal mode.In this paper,the characteristics are investigated.It is found that the reproducibility is improved by using a SELFOC lens as the extemal cavity.
