摘　　要：:目的:探讨NO及LPO在糖尿病发病中的作用。方法:测定了26只2型糖尿病大鼠及7只正常对照大鼠血清的NO及LPO水平。结果:2型糠尿病大鼠血清NO及LPO含量明显高于正常对照组,且血糖与血清NO及LPO呈正相关关系,血清胰岛素水平与NO呈正相关关系。结论:NO及LPO在2型糖尿病发病中起重要作用。Objective:To explore the significance of NO and L PO in serum of Diabets.Methods:The levels of serum NO and L PO in 2 6Wistar ratwith diabetand 7norm al rat ascontrol were detected.Results:The levels of serum NO and L PO in diabetic ratwere significantly higherthan that in the control.blood sugar is in direct proportion to the serum NO and L PO,and serum insulin is in direct proportion to NO.Conclusion:The increasing of serum NO and L PO in diabetic ratwas induced by hyperglycemia and hyperinsulinemia,and it plays an important role in pathogenesis of diabetin rats.
