高海拔地区高TC、高TG、高GLU血症与高血压、肥胖的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:分析高海拔地区高甘油三酯(TG)、高总胆固醇(TC)、高葡萄糖(G1u)血症与高血压、肥胖的关系。方法:随机调查青海大学附属医院2008年1月—2011年6月门诊和住院的2 413名在高海拔地区有10年以上居住史的患者,对高TG、高TC、高G1u血症的患病率与年龄分布的关系、三者分别合并高血压、肥胖的患病率与年龄分布的关系及与正常TG、TC、G1u分别合并高血压、肥胖的患病率的比较等情况进行统计分析。结果:高TG、高TC、高G1u血症的患病率随年龄增高而增高(P<0.001);高TG、高TC、高Glu血症分别合并高血压、肥胖的患病率随年龄增高而增高(P<0.001);高TG、高TC、高Glu血症分别合并高血压、肥胖的患病率高于正常TG、正常TC、正常Glu合并高血压、肥胖的患病率(P<0.001)。结论:高海拔地区高TG、高TC、高Glu血症三者在代谢上联系密切,患病率与年龄呈正相关,并与高血压、肥胖呈正相关。Objective：To observe the relationship among high level of triglyceride （TG）, cholesterol （TC）, glucose （Glu） and hypertension and obesity at high altitude. Methods：A total of 2,413 patients from out/in- pa- tient department of affiliated hospital of Qinghai university from Jan 2008 to Jun 2011, who have been lived in high altitude area at least 10 years, were recruited. The relationship between morbidity rates of high TG, TC, Glu level and age was assessed ; the relationship between morbidity rates of patients with combined with hypertension but hav- ing high blood level of TG, TC, Glu and obesity, and age respectively was assessed, at the same time, relation on normal leVel of TG, TC, Glu in patients with combined with hypertension and obesity were analyzed. Results： The morbidity rates of patients with high blood level of TC, TG and GLU were increased with older age（ P 〈 0.001 ）. The morbidity rates of obesity patients combined with hypertension and with high level of TC, TG and GLU were in- creased with older age（P 〈 0. 001 ）, and their morbidity were also higher as compared with patients with normal TG, TC, Glu level （ P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusions： High blood level of TG, TC and Glu are related closely to the me- tabolism of human body, and there is a positive correlation between mortality rates and age, hypertension and obesi- ty respectively.
