摘　　要：目的为药检系统仪器设备计量工作中正确使用标准物质提供参考。方法对标准物质稳定性、均匀性和赋值性的特性进行比较、分析,对使用过程中的注意事项进行阐述。结果与结论仪器设备是药品检验检测能力的重要硬件保障,标准物质是十分重要而普遍使用的量值溯源方式。了解标准物质的特性并正确使用,在仪器检定/校准和期间核查中减少偏差,为药检系统出具严谨、科学和公正的检验报告提供保证。Objective To provide suggestions on the proper use of the reference materials for the metrological traceability in drug test. Methods Stability, uniformity and assignment property of reference materials were analyzed. Consideration on the using of reference materials in metrological traceability was elaborated. Results and Conclusion Instruments were the hardware insurance for testing ability. Reference materials were very important and widely used in metrological traceability. Therefore, understanding the property of the reference materials and the proper use of reference materials could reduce the deviation in test, calibration and verification, and provide a guarantee for the rigorous scientific report.
