摘　　要：目的利用近红外光谱分析技术,建立断血流片的一致性快速检测模型。方法以厂家成品留样作为研究样本,通过采集样本光谱,综合考察各种光谱预处理方法对模型的影响,选择最佳条件分别建立模型。结果一致性模型对不同企业的同品种药品有很好的识别能力。结论该模型操作简便,分析快速,检测结果可靠,可适用于药品检测车对特定品种的快速筛查。Objective To establish a rapid test model for the determination of consistency of Tablets Duanxueliu by near infrared spectroscopy.Methods Products provided by manufacturers were retained as samples.The spectroscopes were collected from the samples and the influence of pre-processing methods was evaluated to establish a model with optimum condition.Results The consistency model showed excellent recognition ability for the same species from different enterprises.Conclusion This established model is simple and credible,which is applicable for drug testing vehicles in the rapid screening of specific varieties.
