我院心内科及综合内科抗菌药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的掌握我院2011年内科抗菌药物应用情况,分析专科抗菌药物应用的合理性。方法查阅我院内科2011年1～10月份住院病历,根据相关规定,结合药物利用指数分析法(DUI),对心内科及综合内科住院患者抗菌药物使用情况进行分析。结果抗菌药物使用率为46.2%,病原学检查率为48.97%,其中治疗用药比例占45.34%,预防用药比例占54.66%,抗菌药物总用药强度为23.12DDDs。结论1～8月不合理应用问题较多,9～10月应用基本合理。Objective To understand the medical antimicrobial application in year 2011,and analyze rationality of the antimicrobial application for specialized subject.Methods Medical records during Jan^Oct 2011 in our hospital were reviewed,the antimicrobial drug usage in the heart medicine and comprehensive medical patients were analyzed according to the prescription management method combined with drug use index analysis.Results Antibacterial drugs utilization rate is 46.2%,and the pathogeny rate was 48.97%,among which 45.34% was treat proportion,and the rest were prevention use proportion;total antimicrobial drug strength was 23.12 DDDs.Conclusion There were more unreasonable application during Jan^Aug,and the application between Sep^Oct were basically reasonable.
