摘　　要：目的　探讨男性青少年肥胖伴乳房发育症 (OGMA)对性发育的影响。方法　对 5 2例OGMA、5 8例单纯性肥胖 (SO)和 89例正常体重者进行体格检查 ,用放射免疫分析法测定血清LH、FSH、总睾酮 (TT)、雌二醇 (E2 )、PRL和皮质醇 (F)水平。结果　OGMA和SO患者阴茎、睾丸的大小和首次遗精 (首遗 )发生率、血清、TT、T/E2 低于正常体重者 ,OGMA患者血清FSH、PRL水平高于SO和正常体重者。阴茎、睾丸的大小及阴毛发育程度与皮脂厚度、乳腺面积呈负相关。结论　OGMA患者性发育滞后 ,且与肥胖密切相关。乳房发育是肥胖的一个并发症 ,是男性性发育滞后的结果。Objective To investigate the effect of obesity with gynecomastia in male adolescents (OGMA) on the sexual development. Methods 199 boys including 52 cases of OGMA (group 1), 58 cases of simple obesity (SO, group 2) and 89 cases of normal weight boys (group 3). All cases received physical examination. Serum LH、 FSH、 total testosterone (TT),estradiol (E 2), PRL and cortisol (F) concentrations were determined by RIA. Results The natural and pulling length of penis, mean volume of testes (MTV), the first time of spermatorrhea, levels of serum TT and T/E 2 in group 1 and group 2 were less than those in group 3, significant negative correlations were found between the length of penis or MTV or pubic hair stage and the fat thickness skinfold or the mean area of breats. Conclusion The sexual development in OGMA patients is retarded and is related to obese degree while gynecomastia is a complication of obesity and the result of retarded sexual development.
