摘　　要：出镜记者的新闻叙事是通过语言来完成的,作为现场报道最有力的信息载体,出镜记者的语言表达直接影响着节目的质量和播出的效果。同时,作为语言工作者,出镜记者的语言和播音员、主持人一样,都对观众起着示范与引导的作用。目前,我国的出镜记者在语音、用声和表达方面都存在一些比较明显的不规范问题,对这些问题进行归纳分析,探求解决这些问题的对策,能够全面提升出镜记者的业务能力,提高节目质量。As the most powerful information carriers, on-camera correspondents and reporters use language to send news, so their language directly influences the quality of the program. Meanwhile, as a language worker, they lead and set an example of language use to the audience, like broadcasters or hosts. Nevertheless, there exist some problems concerning the standardization of pronunciation, voice and expressions among them. This study thus analyzes, categorizes and solves these problems, hoping to improve the working ability of on-camera correspondents and reporters and the quality of programs.
