摘　　要：精密注塑设备的研发应树立在精密注塑价值链的高端的理念,以"潜在需求"的精密注塑制品的全套方案为宗旨,研发精密注塑设备,才能有所创新创造。精密注塑设备是与成型加工制品直接相关的功能化及专业化的设备,没有通用化的精密注塑机。精密注塑设备的性能和功能取决于精密注塑制品的全套方案。精密注塑设备的成型加工性能应使制品达到尺寸和形位公差精度、重量精度、表面粗糙度、内应力等质量要求,以及寿命使用期的要求。精密注塑设备应体现出节能、清洁、环保等绿色化技术特征。例举了全套方案研发"3C"电子产品全电动精密注塑机,实际成型加工的制品质量精度的标准偏差0.00051042 g、变动系数0.00032929。The research and development of precision injection molding equipment should foster the concept of high-end precision injection molding value chain, take comprehensive plan of ＂potential demand＂ of precision injection products as the purpose, research and develop precision injection molding equipment to be innovative to create. The precision injection equipment is the specialized equipment directly related to the molding products, and there is no universal precision injection molding machine. The performance and functionality of precision injection molding equipment depend on a complete program of precision injection molding products. The molding processing performance of the machine should achieve the quality requirements of the products such as size, form and position tolerances, weight, accuracy, surface roughness, internal stress, as well as the requirements of the use life. Precision injection molding equipment should reflect the characteristics of the energy-saving, clean, green technology and environmental protection. The article gives an example of the comprehensive R＆D plan of ＂3C＂ electronic products all-electric precision injection molding machine, the standard deviation of actual molding processed mass accuracy is 0.000,510,42g, with coefficient of variation of 0.000,329,29.
