摘  要:介绍了冷喂料排气挤出机的基本原理和结构特点,分析了排气挤出机的应用前景,并讨论了影响冷喂料排气挤出机推广使用的挤出波动和冒料问题,认为其本质是对胶料的适应能力的问题。然后分别针对提高排气效率、增加产能、增强适应能力提出了数个解决方案,并以这些方案为基础,综合考虑设备制造、设备维护等问题,提出一个冷喂料排气挤出机优化设计方案。通过该优化设计方案,期望提升目前冷喂料排气挤出机的推广应用水平,能够逐步满足新领域对冷喂料排气挤出机的需求。This paper introduces the basic principle and structure characteristics of the cold feed vented extruder; analyzes the application and prospects of the vented extruder; discusses problems that affect the promoting vented extruder such as fluctuation and emitting material; and believes that the essence is the adaptability of the rubber. Then the paper introduces solutions for increasing exhaust efficiency, increasing productivity, and enhancing the adaptability; comprehensively considers issues such as equipment manufacturing and maintenance based on those solutions; proposes an optimized design solution of cold feed vented extruder. Through the optimized design, it is desirable to enhance the level of promotion and application of the cold feed vented extruder, to gradually meet the demand of cold feed vented extruder for new areas.
