摘  要:硬面技术(热喷涂、堆焊、喷焊等)是近年新兴的一种综合性应用技术,能显著提高部件的耐磨、耐热、耐腐蚀等性能,延长部件的使用寿命、降低能耗。本文研究了热喷涂、堆焊、喷焊和熔渗用钨基硬面材料和应用技术的现状及发展趋势。研究结果表明:钨基硬面材料硬度高、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性优异已成为应用最为广泛的硬面材料,未来市场前景广阔;随着硬面应用技术的发展和部件表面性能要求的提升,细颗粒/纳米晶复合钨基热喷涂材料、钨基药芯焊丝、高细晶含量铸造碳化钨等将成为钨基硬面材料的发展趋势。Hardfacing technology (thermal spray, deposited welding, flame spray welding) is a versatile method. The surface treatment of components by hardfacing technology can improve wear resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, extend the service life of the parts and save energy consumption. The current situation and development trend of tungsten hardfacing material and application technology for thermal spraying, welding, spray welding and infiltration are summarized in this paper. Tungsten carbide based materials with high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance have became the most widely used hardfacing material. With the development of hardfacing technology and the surface performance requirements of the workpieee, the fine particle and grain size tungsten-based thermal spray materials, tungsten-based flux cored wire, fine structure cast tungsten carbide and so on will become the main development trend of tungsten based hardfacing material.
