摘　　要：随着油井完井技术与增产增注方法的改进,小井眼钻井在油田中越来越多地应用,而常规尺寸的双侧向测井仪器在小井眼井中无法使用,因此,研发了小井眼系列的SDZ-7060恒功率双侧向测井仪。结合小井眼微球测井仪器,可以提供地层深、中、浅三条电阻率曲线。通过电路安放于电极系内部的结构设计、电路模块化设计、高信噪比电路设计和功率控制方式设计,SDZ-7060恒功率双侧向测井仪器具有外径小、耐高温、动态范围大、测量精度高和稳定性好等特点,很好地满足了油田对小井眼双侧向仪器的需求。文章概述了SDZ-7060恒功率双侧向测井仪的工作原理、电路实现及实际应用。As the well completion technology and stimulation and stimulated injection method improve,the slim hole drilling is more and more applied in the oil field which results in the conventional sized dual lateral logging tools can not be used in this case.Therefore SDZ-7060 dual lateral logging tool,one of the slim hole series of logging tools,is developed.SDZ-7060,combined with the slim hole microsphere logging tool,can provide three curves(deep,medium and shallow) of formation resistivity.With the designs including inside-placed circuit in the electrode,the modular circuit,the high signal-noise ratio circuit and power control method,SDZ-7060 dual lateral logging tool is featured with slimmer diameter,higher temperature resistance,larger dynamic range,higher accuracy,better stability and so on,which consequently fulfilled the requirements for dual lateral tools in slim holes.This article introduces the working principles,circuit implementation and practical applications.
