不同树龄银杏嫩枝扦插繁殖试验研究

摘　　要：以银杏当年生枝条顶梢为试验材料,采用正交试验设计,研究树龄、激素类型、处理浓度、处理时间4个因素对插穗生根的影响。试验结果表明,树龄是影响银杏插穗生根率、平均根量、平均总根长的主导因子,银杏扦插最佳组合为A1B2C2D1,即5年生银杏+IBA500mg/L+1min。The experiment used orthogonal experiment design, conducted with top tips of young branches of Ginkgo biloba as materials,considered four factors： tree age, hormone types, treatment concentration and time on rooting of cuttings. The results showed that tree age was dominating factor affecting rooting rate, average roots weight and average total roots length of Ginkgo biloba cuttings. Best combination of Ginkgo biloba cutting was I 1 II 2 III 2 IV 1 , which meant five - year Ginkgo biloba ＋ IBA ＋ 500 mg/L ＋ 1 min.
