开封市三星级饭店SWOT分析及发展对策

摘　　要：在对开封市星级饭店发展现状进行综合考察的基础上,重点从优势、劣势、机会、威胁4个方面对其中的三星级饭店进行了SWOT分析,提出加入饭店集团、创造饭店文化产品、合理确定目标顾客群体、打造新型营销策略等改革发展对策。Based on the comprehensive investigation of current situation in average hotels of Kaifeng,this paper made a SWOT analysis from the aspects of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in average hotels.It proposed the countermeasure of its reform and development： join the restaurant groups,create restaurant cultural products,confirm the target customers and make new marketing strategies.
