摘  要:目的观察放射工作人员在小剂量外照射作用下淋巴细胞微核率的变化,旨在评价职业外照射对放射工作人员细胞遗传学的影响。方法以胞质分裂阻滞法微核试验(CB-MNT)对611名放射从业人员和60名健康体检者进行双核淋巴细胞微核率的测定。结果放射工作人员淋巴细胞微核率(6.99‰),与对照组(4.32‰)比较差异有统计学意义(u=7.51,P<0.05);女性工作人员的微核率与男性比较,差异有统计学意义(u=8.34,P<0.05);不同工龄的放射工作人员微核率随着放射工龄的增加呈上升趋势,但各工龄段比较,差异无统计学意义。结论长期接触小剂量照射对放射工作人员健康在细胞遗传学上有一定的损害效应。Objective To observe the change of lymphocyte micronucleus rate of radiation workers who were exposed to small doses of external radiation,and evaluate the genetic effects on health of radiation workers who were exposed to external radiation.Methods The dual-core lymphocyte micronucleus rate of 611 radiological workers and 60 healthy persons were detected by the method of cytokinesis-blocked micronucleus test.Results There was significant difference between radiological workers and control group in the rate of lymphocyte micronucleus(u=7.51,P〈0.05).The micronucleus rate of female staff was significantly higher than that of males(u=8.34,P〈0.05).The micronucleus rate of radiological workers of different ages was rising with the increase of radiation length of service,but the difference was not significant among workers with different length of service.Conclusions Long-term exposure to small dose of radiation had some damage on health of radiation workers in the cell genetics.
