摘  要:基于Al3+与氟罗沙星络合后明显增强氟罗沙星的荧光强度,建立快速测定氟罗沙星的同步荧光分析新方法。研究了反应时间、Al3+浓度和pH对氟罗沙星荧光强度的影响。在最佳的实验条件下,选择波长差Δλ=157 nm进行同步荧光法测定,氟罗沙星的线性方程为F=11.94+12.33C,线性范围在2~700 ng/mL之间,该方法的检出限为0.36 ng/mL。该方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、线性范围宽。只需对样品进行简单处理就可用于片剂、尿液和肉类食品中氟罗沙星质量分数的测定,回收率为92.18%~108.40%。Based on the evident increase in the relative fluorescence intensity of fleroxacin by complexing with Al3 + , a new method of synchronous fluorescence spectrometry to rapid determine fleroxacin is developed. The effects of the reaction time, the concentration of Al3 + and the pH on the fluorescence intensity of fleroxacin are studied. Under the optimum experiment conditions, synchronous fluorescence spectrometry is performed with △λ= 157 nm. The linear equation for fleroxacin is F = 11.94 + 12. 33C. The linear range of the determination is 2 ng/mL - 700 ng/mL. The detection limit is 0. 36 ng/mL. This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and wide linear range, which can be successfully applied to the determination of fleroxacin in tablet, urine and meat product, only needing simple treatment of the samples. The recoveries are in the range of 92. 18% -108.40%.
