摘 要:以ClO2/UV工艺对酚醛废水进行催化氧化降解,考察ClO2加入量、初始溶液pH、催化剂投加量、紫外照射时间等因素对废水处理效果的影响,确定适宜催化氧化反应工艺条件。实验结果表明,在250 mL酚醛废水中,ClO2溶液加入量为35mL,催化剂投加量为3 g,废水初始pH为2,反应时间为40 min时,处理效果较高,苯酚、COD去除率分别为86.87%和71.83%。UV的引入有利于废水的降解,在UV/ClO2联合工艺条件下,反应50 min,苯酚、COD去除率分别达到92.07%和84.46%。ClO2/UV process is used in the catalytic oxidative degradation of phenolic wastewater, in this study. The influence of amount of ClO2, pH value of initial solution, catalyst dosage and UV irradiation time, etc. , is investigated. The optimal catalytic oxidative conditions are shown as follows :35 mL of C102 solution ,3 g of catalyst dosage ,2 of the pH value of initial solution and 40 minutes of the reaction time. The better degradation effect can be achieved under the optimal conditions. The removal rate of phenol and COD are 86. 87% and 71.8-3% respectively. Besides that, introduction of UV is beneficial to the degradation of wastewater. Under the UV/ ClO2 combined catalytic oxidation condition, the removal rate of phenol and COD can reach 92. 07% and 84. 46% ,respectively,after 50 minutes of reaction.
