摘　　要：目的　探讨内皮素 (ET)、内源性洋地黄因子 (EDLF)在化脓性心包炎中的变化及意义。方法　家兔 2 4只 ,随机分为两组 ,实验组注入金黄色葡萄菌 (0 1ml/kg ,约含菌 9× 10 8个 ) ,对照组心包内注入生理盐水。分别于术前、术后 1、4、8、13、18d采耳沿静脉血测血浆ET和血清EDLF。结果　ET在术后第一天开始上升 ,术后 18d达高峰。与术前和对照组相比有显著差异。血清EDLF于术后第一天下降 ,与术前比较差异有显著性 ,与对照组比较无差异性。之后开始上升 ,于术后第四天达到术前水平 ,术后 18d达高峰。结论　化脓性心包炎 ,ET、EDLF的变化 。Objective To study the change and role of endotelin(ET), endogenoudigitalis like factor(EDLF) in experimental sdupparative pericarditis. Methods 24 rabbits were divided two groups, the experimental group were injected with staphylococcas aureus in 0.9% normal saline (0.1ml/kg) into pericardial cavity, the control were injected with normal saline (0.1ml/kg) into pericardial cavity. the level of ET, EDLF in plasma were determined on 1,4,8,13 and 18 days. Results It was showed that the level of ET in experimental group was increased on first day after operation, the increasing of ET was lasting to 18th day. The concentration of ET in plasma were higher in experimental group than that in control group P<0.05) and that before operation (P<0.01). The level of EDLF in plasma in experimental sdupparative group was decreased on first day but gradually increased after first day and remained high level to 18th day. The concentration of EDLF after operation was higher in experiment group than that in control and that before operation (P<0.01). Conclusions ET and EDLF may be a indicator for predicting pericarditis'stage progressing and myocardial injury.
