中药去斑药膜治疗黄褐斑疗效对比观察

摘　　要：目的　了解中药去斑药膜治疗黄袍斑的临床效果。方法　随机设立治疗组和对照组 ,进行临床疗效和对比观察。结果　治疗组 48例总有效率 90 0 0 % ,痊愈率 5 2 0 0 % ;对照组 38例总有效率 6 5 79% ,痊愈率 18 42 %。两组疗效经统计学处理有显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 5 )。两组观察期内均未发现严重毒副作用。Objective To investigate the chinical effect on treating chloasma of traditional Chinese medicine Quban Mask. Methods A randomized control study was carried out. Results In 48 cases of treating group the effective rate was 90% and curative rate was 52%. In 38 cases of control group the effective rate was 65.79% and curative rate was 18.42%. A significant difference was present statisticlly between the two groups (P<0.005). No side effect was observed during the period of observation. Conclusions traditional Chinese medicine Quban Mask is effective on treating chloasma.
