摘　　要：采用过氧化氢和硝酸为消化剂 ,用聚四氟乙烯高压密闭消化技术消化大鼠粪便样品。氟电极测定样品溶液中氟离子浓度并换算为粪便氟含量。本方法对消化液用量、酸碱度的调节及方法的准确度、精密度进行了探讨 ,确定了最佳测定条件 。Fluoride was determined by electrode of fluoride after excrement samples digested by H 2O 2 and HNO 3 in jar of high pressure and sealed up.In this paper,the selection of the optimum operaiton condition,the accuracy and precision were studied.The method has been used to determine fluoride in excrement with satisfactory results.
